GRANDVIEW ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES provides in-home aide services in client homes in the seven Westernmost Counties of North Carolina. They are Cherokee, Clay, Swain, Macon, Jackson, Graham and Haywood. Offices are located at 436 Iotla St., Franklin; 625 Andrews Rd., Murphy; and 66 Walnut St., Waynesville, NC.
Grandview Assisted Living Services includes:
- Assistance with bathing and dressing
- Assistance with grooming of hair, nails, and skin
- Assistance with prescribed diet
- Preparation of and serving of prescribed diet
- Assistance with your own administration of medications
- Light housekeeping tasks, cleaning patient care area, laundry, linens and some shopping
- Help with getting up and down
After your call to Grandview Assisted Living Services, a registered nurse will visit your home at your convenience to prepare an assessment and a plan of care. For Medicaid PCS and CAP clients, your physician will be asked to authorize the plan of care.
