GRANDVIEW MANOR CARE CENTER

GRANDVIEW MANOR CARE CENTER is an assisted-living facility located in Franklin, NC.  We serve both ambulatory and semi-ambulatory adults who require help in carrying out activities of daily living.  Under the supervision of managment, our experienced staff provides assistance in bathing, dressing, personal care, medication administration, meals and daily housekeeping.  A registered nurse oversees any specially required care; and a consulting pharmacist reviews each resident's drug regimen.

Residents have the choice of local doctors and are transported to appointments.  Additionally, home-health agency personnel may visit if services such as physical therapy are required.  By cooperation with other agencies such as home-health and hospice, Grandview can accomodate the resident's aging in place.

The basic monthly rate covers a semi-private room with adjoining half-bath, round-the-clock staff, meals, snacks, planned activities, medication administration, some laundry service and scheduled local transportation.  Additions to our basic charge are made for incontinence care, assistance with transferring or ambulation, assistance with feeding and for some health problems.

There is a financial aid program for some people whose income does not cover the rate.
